 I want you to know that after you get a fresh haircut, I like to take you to Starbucks for a little chocolate milk. Y'know, to take the edge off. It isn’t your favorite way to spend a Saturday morning, but you handle it a lot better  than you used to . 
 Let that be a lesson in how things can get better. Not because they actually get better, but because you perceive them differently.
